Students will make a small pumpkin (about 3.5 to 4”) with stem and curly tendrils, to display for fall while learning basic wool sculpting techniques, including wrapping and shaping, blending colors, and surface felting. Learn about basic tools, felting surfaces, gauges of needles and their best uses, and types of wool best suited for needle felting. Steps for adding an optional face will be covered, and encouraged!
