Learn needle felting while making your own sitting bird (choose bluebird or chickadee, about 5” long, without legs/feet) to display for spring while learning basic wool sculpting techniques, including wrapping and shaping, blending colors, and surface felting. Learn about basic tools, felting surfaces, gauges of needles and their best uses, and types of wool best suited for needle felting.
